Educational purpose

All programmes, notes, and materials on this site are for educational instruction in technical analysis and volume analysis techniques. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a promise of trading performance.

No brokerage or account management

We do not execute trades, hold client funds, or manage discretionary accounts. Mentoring and classroom feedback are instructional only.

Website use

You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial information about our training. You agree not to misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content for resale.

Enrolment & scheduling

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a seat. Enrolment is confirmed only after we respond and you accept written schedule and fee terms. Pricing displayed online is informational and may change.

Intellectual property

Curriculum outlines, worksheets, and site content belong to Integrated Platform Services or our licensors. You may not redistribute course materials without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Korean law, we are not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or decisions you make after attending training. Our liability related to website use is limited to re-performance of the affected service or a refund of fees paid for that service, where a refund applies under our refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled in courts with jurisdiction over Busan, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
